RETURNS AND WARRANTY


Consumer Guarantees - Computer Cartel, CC_Forged and all brands under Computer Cartel, understand your rights and what you are guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.

At CC_Forged Pty Ltd, we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and order information to process transactions, communicate with you, and improve our services. This data may be collected via our website, email, or social media and may be shared with trusted third parties like couriers or payment processors when necessary. We do not sell your information. All data is stored securely, and you can request access to or correction of your information at any time. By using our website, you consent to this policy. Returns - We do not offer a change of mind policy. All return requests are taken into consideration and will be looked at on a case by case basis. We can offer the refund of the purchase price OR exchange the products purchased from our store, subject to the following conditions:


  • - Returned within the 21 days of purchase, with attached proof of purchase

  • - Item must be in original resellable condition and not used. for all wheel purchases, wheels can not be returned if tyres have been fitted


All refunds will be of the original product purchase price to the original payment method (this does not include the refund of shipping costs, only product purchased), once we have received the item back and have confirmed the return meets all conditions provided.

All returns will be at the customers expense for shipping costs and delivery arrangements. Warranty based claims, freight expenses will be covered and organised by CC_Forged.

All “Made on Order” i.e. Forged Aluminium Wheels and 3D printed products are non-refundable once manufacturing of your requested product has commenced, if the design process has started and before manufacture 20% of the total invoice price is non-refundable, the design process ahead of manufacture is in place to confirm 100% customer satisfaction before manufacturing for this reason. This does exclude faulty and incorrectly received products, conditions still apply.

Faulty Products - If you have received a product that is incorrect, damaged, incorrectly described or has a major problem that would have stopped you buying this item had you known about it, you can return this product for a full refund or exchange

Faulty products will be assessed to determine a repair or full replacement.

Product Warranty - All our products (excluding wheels please see below) include a 12 month voluntary warranty and guarantee from the purchase date.
Warranty does not cover: 


  • - Accidental damage

  • - Neglect

  • - Misuse

  • - Incorrectly fitted and handled


Wheel Warranty - All of CC_Forged wheels listed on our website these terms apply too unless stated otherwise:

  • - All wheels are JWL and VIA Approved and manufactured with the Australian Standard Guidelines reference

  • - All wheels are designed and manufactured for standard passenger vehicles only

  • - Include a 12 month voluntary warranty for all finishes of the wheel ie paint defects or peeling of the finish

  • - All our wheels include a lifetime structural guarantee under standard driving conditions. Terms and Conditions Apply**

ALL CC_Forged wheels are back by appropriate Liability, Freight and Manufacturing insurances. As peace of mind matters !

What your warranty does not cover:


  • - Accidental damage, e.g. potholes, drops and cracks

  • - Misuse and neglect

  • - Damage to the finish and structure of the wheel

  • - Wheel finish damaged or affected due to poor or improper cleaning and use of harsh chemicals

  • - Incorrectly fitted tyres and tyres that do not meet load rating requirements

  • - Wheels that have been modified or tampered with, without the knowledge and approval of CC_Forged

  • - Use of Wheel Spacers (we are not liable for any damage or consequences for the use of wheel spacers)


** Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product that is still being produced and manufactured, This warranty also excludes re-sale wheels and second hand purchased wheels. original proof of purchase from the original consumer will need to be provided. Lifetime guarantee involves a once off replacement for all legitimate claims that meet the Terms and Conditions.

All products are Designed in Australia by Australia, CC_Forged and Computer Cartel attempt to use all resources and manufacturing capabilities within Australia, manufacturing for select Forged Wheels (smaller designs and some centres are CNC’d in Australia), ALL Flow-Form Wheels and select 3D printing services/products will be outsourced overseas (China/Germany in most cases) when it’s fit to do so, CC_Forged and Computer Cartel are aiming to bring 100% of all manufacturing in-house, profits and all things made are solely focused to grow and become in-house and home-made we thankyou all for your support !
